Customer Terms

These Customer Terms describe the general framework under which Maju Solusi Nusantara (“MSN”) provides Scrumtify software access, implementation, and related services to business customers. A signed order form, statement of work, or master services agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Who these terms cover

Business customers evaluating or purchasing Scrumtify (including ScrumtifyCore, ScrumtifyAI, and ScrumtifySecurity) or professional services from MSN.

Services

Depending on the engagement, MSN may provide:

• Access to modular Scrumtify components
• Implementation, configuration, and integration work
• Support and advisory services related to modular ERP delivery

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided for configuration and integration
• Appropriate user access administration within their organization
• Compliance with laws applicable to their industry and data
• Securing credentials and environments under their control

Data and security

Data processing details, security responsibilities, and subprocessors will be defined in the commercial agreement and any data processing addendum. ScrumtifySecurity features do not replace customer governance obligations.

Fees and taxes

Fees, payment schedules, and taxes are specified in the applicable order. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services after notice, where permitted by the agreement.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for performing the engagement.

Warranties and liability

Commercial warranties, service levels, indemnities, and liability caps are defined in the signed agreement. Website marketing copy is not a warranty.

Term and termination

Subscription terms, renewal, and termination rights are set in the order form or master agreement.

Governing approach

Governing law and dispute resolution will be specified in the commercial agreement, taking into account the customer’s jurisdiction within ASEAN, Southeast Asia, Australia, or Oceania as applicable.
